Health Grants Program

Community Health Alliance’s Health Grants Program is another way we work with our donors to advance healthy lives in western Montana. Our Health Grants Program provides focused support of health-related projects for nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.

Two cycles are available per year. Our spring cycle opens mid-March with a June award date. Our fall cycle opens mid-September with a December award date.

The current cycle is now OPEN. The deadline to apply is November 12, 2024. Funding in the fall 2024 cycle is available in the following categories:

  • Rehabilitation Services: funded by the Gavin Family Endowment to support quality rehabilitation services and education that restores health for western Montanans.
    • Funds available this cycle: $30,000
    • Maximum grant amount: $10,000
  • Diabetes: funded by the Diabetes Endowment to support education on diabetes awareness and management in western Montana.
    • Funds available this cycle: $2,000
    • Maximum grant amount: $2,000

Grant Reports

Reports are due within 45 days of the completion of your grant period, as stated in your application and reinforced in your signed addendum. Please submit your final report HERE.
