Health Grants Program
Community Health Alliance’s Health Grants Program is another way we work with our donors to advance healthy lives in western Montana. Our Health Grants Program provides focused support of health-related projects for nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.
Two cycles are available per year. Our spring cycle opens mid-March with a June award date. Our fall cycle opens mid-September with a December award date.
The Spring 2025 application cycle opens on March 17 with a deadline of May 13. Funding in this cycle is available in the following categories:
- Rehabilitation Services: funded by the Gavin Family Endowment to support quality rehabilitation services and education that restores health for western Montanans.
- Funds available this cycle: $30,000
- Maximum grant amount: $10,000
- Public Health Education: funded by Minerva Society/Community Conversation donors to support educational sessions/outreach for public awareness of and engagement in health issues of importance to western Montanans.
- Funds available this cycle: $2,000
- Maximum grant amount: $1,000

Grant Reports
Reports are due within 45 days of the completion of your grant period, as stated in your application and reinforced in your signed addendum. Please submit your final report HERE.
